Founder: Stanley "Hap" Welty

My life has been an absolute joy and I hold on to being grateful for everything that is given to me. My nickname is Hap for being a happy newborn, but I relish in the fact that I have remained a happy person througout my life, even during times of tumult. My greatest joy is working and exploring new creative ideas and putting legs to them with excellence. You can count on me to help with coaching, encouraging, and developing teams of people to become their best. I have an “old school” work ethic and try to stay disciplined far from nay sayers.

My dream is to work with a small or non-profit business that cares for making a difference with the community it serves. I enjoy high energy people that enjoy being “in the game” rather than those critiquing on the sidelines. My greatest joy is working with and developing community.
